Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What vaccines do you require?
Answer: For the safety of all of our pets we require that all dogs are up-to-date on bordatella (kennel cough), parvovirus, distemper, and rabies vaccines prior to boarding with us. For cats we require a current rabies vaccine.
Q: What do I need to bring with my pet?
Answer: The only thing that we require that you bring with your pet is a collar and leash, or a carrier, to safely transport your pet in and out of the facility. We provide both dog and cat foods, beds, blankets, bowls, toys, water buckets, and crates for your pets safety and comfort during their stay with us. If your pet has a sensitive stomach, or a special diet, we request that you provide that diet for your pet during your pet's stay with us. Anything else you bring with you, we will do our best to return, but sometimes things get lost in the facility.
Q: Do you offer doggie daycare?
Answer: At this point, we do not offer traditional doggie daycare. Your pet may come and stay with us for a day. Your pet must be dropped off between 9:00 am and 10:00 am, and picked-up between 4:30 pm and 6:30 pm on the same day. There is a discounted price of $17.00 for this service.
